Like… I obviously understand that this is just something that isnt working because of riots client etc but… feels like it should be fixed?
A move near the scuttle and it’s ignored.
Same with the small rocks?
Why is it like this? It’s really inconsistent and poor.

Probably so if you a move someone it won’t accidentally target it. Also, it targets it if your mouse cursor is on them if you a move.
