Increased xfinity to gig speed from 400 still at old speed

I upgraded to the surfboard s33 last Sunday. My wife is asus ax6200 Triband. Everything is registered. All connected. Replaced cables with 6a Ethernet.

Any suggestions? I’ve done one call with xfinity saying all is fine.
