2018 Hyundai Elantra 2.0 4th Cylinder Misfire

To be precise here…

Car started shaking and did nothing for a month.

Added new spark plugs. Helped a bit, but started shaking again.

Then got an OBD2 scanner and found out 4th cylinder misfire.

Changed the ignition coil and the problem went away.

The only thing that remains now is poor gas mileage. Car is running rich.

I read that this can affect my MAP SENSOR and also my O2 sensor.

Help please???
