My city lacks accessible transportation in a big way. It’s like a 3 week wait time for an appointment. It seems to be a relatively simple / low barrier to entry business.

I’m curious why this would be the case? Could anyone here with experience in this business share with me the downsides of this type of service? What am I missing?
