I have been trying to learn LD im 3k and every guide i see is power treads because of the hero change but i feel phase allow me to get kill easier and i can chase heroes with no problem beacuse my micro is bad

Since the meta changed, most of the time I build treads into diffusal (sometimes with orb of corrosion) should be for a root proc, and you are most likely to get diffusal sub 12 mins. I do consider phase boots when; facing heroes such as jug who dispels the root, armor is needed to tank some hits, laning with not so impactful support such as zeus who doesn’t land a hook who does not have stun or slow.
