I uninstalled Microsoft 365 and now I do not have access to my C Drive or Administrator access to anything. All of the credentials necessary to “be an Admin” are located on the C Drive so I am unable to even go into the Security setting to give myself access to my own PC.
- I am the only user of my PC and only 1 account has ever been setup on the PC (Windows 10)
- I suddenly do not have access to the C: Drive (This PC)
- I suddenly do not have Administrator permission on anything
I can’t access the folder and I also can’t go into the Security settings to make myself an Admin. I tried to and got a Windows Security pop-up saying “Can’t open access control editor. Access is denied.”
I also tried to go to the Recovery section to Reset my PC but as soon as I selected “Get Started” the Settings application closed and nothing further happened.
All Google attempts have failed me so please let me know if anyone can help me with this problem. I am desperate for a solution right now.
