I think you’re missing the point, and you seem to be arguing against me when we’re basically saying the same thing (I think). My point is that if you look at the stats, it will always look like Jokic had a good game. He’s a triple double machine. But you can beat the Nuggets by neutralizing his teammates and making him put the whole team on his back. He will still score an insane amount of points and get rebounds, but it won’t be enough, as we saw last night. He’s a point center, so he’s only half as effective a player if you make him just play center. The stats won’t show how much he struggled to play the game he wants to play.
