The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd down play calling that Matt Canada did before getting fired seems eerily similar to what Shane Waldron has been doing this year. Waldron has also mixed in frustrating things like abandoning the run when it’s been effective (think about the Browns game), lack of play action when Geno is one of the better play action quarterbacks in the NFL, and too many long developing plays with an injured offensive line. These are just some of my many grievances with this offense and this video has a few more that I see from time to time.
