Just happy to see Mobley show up offensively after all the slander he’s been receiving just so people can prop up Chet. Otherwise hard to beat a solid team like the Pacers with 3/5 starters out.

    All-in-all, pretty encouraging game.

-Strus and Mobley are a dynamic duo. JB needs to keep them glued together. Strus has a great feel for Mobley after having played with Bam.

-Strus is that guy. I couldn’t be more impressed with him. His defense is good, he’s active on the boards, his shot is crisp and quick. And he’s fitting in and stepping up very seamlessly.

-I’m not going to put that much weight into it, but that was rough by Emoni out here. I have a feeling the coaching staff probably is trying to make him too much of a spot-up shooter type at this stage, which isn’t really his game. But he needs to move more regardless, look at the Pacers moving out there.

-Niang has the skill, but man his conditioning is inexcusable. Defense is really bad on the perimeter.

-The closeouts need a lot of work. Need to dedicate a whole practice to it.

-Not much to say, beyond that. We were down so many players: three starters and a key reserve in Ty Jerome.
