Curry magic carrying this dead Warriors team
Those are two pretty encouraging games for Wemby back-to-back against veteran teams. Would love for him to cut down on the TOs, but hopefully that comes with time. I also want to see his 3fga go down in favour of easier shots, but the whole team shot like ass from beyond the arc today except for Vassell. What happened to Collins lol.
On the Warriors side, Steph putting up another MVP caliber game, and having another MVP caliber season that looks like its going to get wasted.
He had at least 2 turnovers where he made advanced passing reads that his teammates straight up fumbled, and a third turnover of his was him saving a ball from going out of bounds only to throw it into a backcourt violation. Turnover numbers don’t tell the full story for him this game, though I agree it’s generally been a problem for him this season
to be fair 3 of his 3 pointers were during the 4th quarter as a desperate attempt to catch up, he was conservative before then tho. regardless he shouldn’t be taking those shots but no one else is doing anything so he just chucks them up
Three of those turnovers were due to teammate error.
