Heya. So I just started playing coming from DotA and got to like lvl 26 and decided to buy a champion pack and grab the 14 day xp boost to get to 30. Did NOT get the xp boost and the only thing support said is “Sorry it’s an issue and we don’t know when it will get fixed. Thanks for your money!” Obviously exaggerating but seriously I spent money not some random virtual currency. Cool I guess.
Why would you spend money… the way to do it is make multiple accounts and unlock a bunch of champs on each one with the large amount of blue essence you get early. Ofc this is only if you intend to play casually… for ranked ppl usually main a few champs and not bother much about the others…
I have unlocked all the champs over the course of 10yrs if you add up the collection across my dozen accounts… each account i used to play different lanes. One of the accounts I used to main mid and another one bot, I made to master rank with just around 4 or 5 champs that I needed unlocked… unlike dota, the draft isn’t all that important. Yes there are strong lane combos and counters, but those matter more at higher skill levels.
Try contacting support again and ask them to take another look…
I literally just wanted the xp boost I didn’t get since it’s cheaper in a bundle. 5 bucks is fine for me to speed up the last 3-4 levels. If I had gotten it that is. Now by the time they fix it I’ll already be 30. That’s the sad part.
