I mean technically if you gave a monkey a typewriter and a million years, he might type Hamlet or something. Given the millions of interations of people playing basketball, somebody might have made this shot at some point in human history. But Steph Curry knew it was in the instant it left his hands.

I know it’s a preseason game, I know this dosen’t have anything to do with the regular season, which doesn’t matter anyway (damn play in tournament). I know that Steph Curry isn’t as good as Jokic today and probably never has been, let alone in the GOAT conversation. I know that the history of this sport is long and that there have other great three-point and midrange shooters who earned their spot in history and/or deserved to be remembered. Still.
