Hi! Whenever I try to full screen a video on YouTube, it turns into a complete blur. Not just low res, but straight up censored blur and nothing moves. Otherwise the video plays as normal. I’m using Mozilla if that helps.

Another piece of info: it only does so when I’m logged in. Keep in mind that I’m logged as over 18 and it does so on every single video.
