Trying to get in touch with a small business. I’m interested in becoming a paying customer but I have yet to get any real info. I texted on 11/22/22 and they responded on 11/24/23 and said they would touch base later that day. They didn’t. It is now 11/25/23 and I’m just wondering how you get them to respond. I will wait a bit longer before sparking conversation again but does anyone have any tips for engagement? entering this program is something that could could really benefit me, so I really would like this to work out.
