And this is what I’m concerned with. I’m starting to not like the "we have our guys " shtick. This is why we have been struggling. BH and Dan need to get out their comfort zone for the sake of “Culture”. Al Davis and Jerry Jones went far in the playoffs because they went out and got damn near ex cons and bad boys. Sometimes you need that and we need help for Aidan.
There’s no schtick, Dan Campbell is just trying to put confidence in his players. He can only play who he’s got. I’m sure it will be addressed in the offseason.

We easily make the playoffs but i really don’t see us winning the superbowl with that dline unless something magically happens hopefully we upgrade the dline in fa or make some trades and draft a corner in the first🙏🏾

We all know it. They aren’t going to throw their guys under the bus, but they need better coaching on the defensive line and better players. Everyone on the line is struggling, even Hutch, so clearly coaching is an issue. Maybe some guys DO have the talent and will be re-signed, but I bet there’s gonna be decent changes.
Honestly I will feel better once AG is gone. We need somebody in there who will make our D look decent every game not every other game. I know it won’t be perfect every game but at least competent to the point where we loss fair and square not because we were outschemed so bad or gassed.

He’s giving a vote of confidence to every unit. They are well aware of what their shortcomings are defensively but he’s bit going to bury those units in the media.
If you want a winning-is-all-that-matters org, you should honestly go root for another team. The FO & Owner have pushed consistently that’s not how they’re going to do things; if you expect different and then are disappointed, well, you weren’t paying attention.
For my money, I’d rather BH & co do it this way, and try to win with a team full of guys I love cheering for.
I’ve said this before, there is 30 million in dead weight against the cap that brad is trying to work through right now. That is a tough situation to navigate, there are a lot of quality pieces he could add to defence once those funds are freed up.
It was never the year for a SB run. They will make the playoffs, I am actually confident they might win a game there too. But they won’t go the distance.
And that is OK. They really are building for some long term success, which I think most fans will grow to appreciate
