Random paste on C:

I noticed today a paste on my C drive where Windows is instaled.

I dont know what it is, it was created at 18/11

The paste is:

C:\Intel (and it has the following)\iGfx\XeFX\ds.exe_6492(its a paste from the looks of it)\Features(an excel file)

Wtf is this, I never used excel or anything, I dont even have an intel processor
