I think in general the New 3DS XL is going to have the most noticeable damage as years pass due to the paint starting to peel off on systems already these days and it hasn’t even been 10 years since release. If you don’t baby that system you’ll definitely notice issues popping up over time which sucks as it’s clearly the best 3DS model.

Ive seen people talking about 2DS XL as well and luckily the one I have now is still as good as the day I got it without any damage whatsoever.

I own a base N3DSXL and got to play on a Black Friday N3DS and my god, what a better material. No paint to peel, just unpainted black/white plastic with a great texture to hold onto.
