Something messed up my computer beyond repair and all I want to do is perform a total reset. Completely reset Windows 10 back to factory settings, completely reset my PC to factory settings, everything. I have googled for 2 days straight with no answers. Please help me restore my computer back to a useable state.
- I have no Administrator permissions to do anything. I lost access to the C: Drive because of this and I cannot run anything as administrator.
- I went to Update & Security, Recovery, and Reset this PC. I chose to Remove Everything and Reset my PC. Now at this step BOTH Cloud and Local installation give me an error and I am unable to move past that point.
- I tried to repair the Startup process. That took about 30 minutes and nothing changed.
- I tried to create a new account but again I can’t assign any admin permissions. I have only 1 account on the PC that has always had admin permissions but is suddenly gone and I can’t do anything.
