Hey guys idk if this falls under iphone or its based on sim but here it goes…

One day scrolling on tiktok i came across a guy talking abt disabling data in that even when you turn on mobile data normally on iphone it wouldnt use data with pay as you go rates

I didnt need data before so i never bothered with any data plans or saw myself using in the foreseeable future but now i need it and i cant find the code i thought i had in my notes app nor can i find the video or one alike

The method in the video showed a telephone code (* some numbers then #)

And no my carrier doesnt know what im talking abt🥲 (i reside outside the US btw)

Really hoping someone knows what im talking abt and can assist😭
