I have a GE Smart Dryer (GTD84ECPN1DG). Every time I put clothes in lately, if I choose “QUICK DRY”, it shows like 2 hours 28 minutes, or some ridiculous amount of time that isn’t Quick Dry. I have to use “TIMED DRY”.
If I leave the “QUICK DRY” on, I end up over drying. Sometimes putting in a couple things, selecting “QUICK DRY”, it will take the entire 2.5 hours.
Am I missing something here? I thought this dryer was supposed to sense the moisture and then adjust accordingly? Instead, I end up over drying everything.
