He’s taking the brunt of the Bad run Game and all the Pele using this to say he’s not a #1.

But… When your ACTUALLY look at and dissect the thinking plays. It would appear the line is mostly at fault. The play calling is super questionable as well.

I’m just throwing this out to get a feel of what people actually think. You know what I think.

If I’m not mistaken our yards before contact is pretty god damn bad

You can see it on so many plays that the play is over within the same click that pollard gets the ball in his hands

I don’t feel bad. He’s a professional. But why isn’t anyone talking about his fumbles? I swear he’s put it on the floor in every game. He’s been lucky we’ve recovered most of them.

He’s getting the kind of run plays that Zeke used to get, where the defense knows what it is and is sometimes in the backfield as soon as he gets the ball.

I’m hoping we come out of this BYE week with some creativity and get our players the ball in the better situation. Pollard IMO needs to get more runs when they spread the field out or have zone runs to get him in space. We can’t pound him into the line on first down especially when everyone is expecting it. I think play calling and lack of continuity of our o line has more to do with it than his ability.
