Internet speed capped at 100mbps

WiFi on my phone is full speed. Ethernet Status in Windows says 1Gps, C4000XG says 100M for Ethernet 1. Anyone know how to get that router to 1Gbps? It was working fine until today. I’ve tried a different LAN port on the router, and rebooted it.
