My grandfather has a 2019 rav4. His CarPlay works fine for navigation, etc but on both Spotify and SiriusXM, the music will play for anywhere from 1 to several minutes and just stop. All while the rest of CarPlay seemingly keeps working (Nav and interface). We put it back on and then it stops shortly later again. Any ideas why this is? He has his own accounts not playing elsewhere.
