The post from u/Ok-Requirement4497 had me curious, how did the 2019 doing? Did any pan out?
Still Coaching
Matt LaFleur 52-25 (2-3 Playoff Record, Three first round byes)
Zac Taylor: 33-41-1 (5-2, 2021 SB Appearance)
Resigned/Fired
Bruce Arians: 31-18 (5-1 Playoff Record, 2020 SB Champion)
Kliff Kingsbury: 28-31-1 (0-1 Playoff Record)
Brian Flores: 24-25
Vic Fangio: 19-30
Adam Gase: 9-23
Freddie Kitchens: 6-10
Maybe the Bengals missing the playoffs will give them a chance to upgrade at HC
LaFleur - You could argue he’s either good or was leaning on rogers. I’m thinking his seat will be a little warm next year.
Taylor - Good but he’s not keeping burrow healthy
Arians - won a SB with Brady. He panned out enough.
kingsbury - no
Flores - garbage fire whose heat got a gutted team to over preform for one season. Nearly ruined a franchise QB who has been in the MVP conversation. Might work out as a DC.
Fangio - better DC than coach
Gase - Ahahahahahahahahahaha. I’m only laughing because the Jests signed him after we dumped him.
Kitchens - one and done, I’m going to say no.
Can someone give me an objective answer as to why Kliff was viewed as a total bust of a head coach in Arizona by so many? Yes he may have underperformed with talent, but a near .500 record shouldn’t really warrant the type of hate I see him get.
