I feel with the amount of injuries and level of play that is still being put out, our position coaches have to be one of the best groups in the NFL, no?

    I only know Callahan and he is the best in the league. No reason for him to step up the ladder, the dude is sitting pretty as one of the highest paid position coaches in the league

    I think another thing that has helped is we have retained a good majority of our coaches since Stefanski has been here. We just need to hope some one doesn’t try to come and siphon gym shorts from us to give him a head coaching gig

    Callahan is on a short list of the single best position coaches in the league along with Jeff Stoutland and Kris Kocurek
