Played a bunch of games in which my teammates didn’t say a single word even when asked and were constantly feeding and just afk farming.
Played a game where two party members queued together. One had to leave so he activated shared control over his hero and he didnt get an abandon. Even I was able to control him, but since he was basically afk, all the farm that he had couldnt be converted to items. The friend of the afk guy started talking shit and couldnt understand why it was wrong.
We obviously lost that game and another teammate wouldnt understand either of why that would make me upset as well. Getting to the point of saying he’d report me because I lost my lane against puck (I was lc) And other typical trashtalk about me being bad and bla bla bla.
Ive noticed this increase of weird games in which you feel you’re the only one talking and trying to get shit done. I dont mean to say that I’m better than all my teammates in all my games because I’m not, but it does feel like I’m playing alone and with no one to talk to.
Low divine bracket and 11350 behavior and communication score.
Edit: us east is the region I play in. But I mostly get matched with spanish speakers.
I don’t have griefers in my games regularly but sometimes, I get one or two. In my opinion, the problem is that these players don’t get punished

The Earth Spirit kicked me (Underlord) into the enemy team, which got me killed, while we were just about to defend our highground at the later stages of the game.
This was blatant griefing and I wonder how he was punished, if he was punished at all. He’s not played a Single Draft game since then so maybe he got another form of punishment. What’s suspicious is that when I wanted to download the match replay, I could not, if I can’t watch the replay, maybe the game does not show up in Overwatch report system :/
I think there aren’t enough people who watch Overwatch replays/reports and millions of games are played each day so punishment gets really delayed (?)
Maybe to encourage more people to do Overwatch reviews, make it a mini tournament by adding stats such as This player has successfully given 50 verdicts (?)
Another way is to maybe give some shards for each review done? These proposed solutions will surely come with their own problems but I still think they should be considered and refined
