My LE comes on Tuesday and after reading everything I’m dreading finding a Dead Pixel or a faulty button / DPad.

I’m hoping it’s perfectly fine like many other LEs but it would suck to have to return, wait for refund and order another. And for the price I definitely wouldn’t live with a dead pixel or two. I’ve got a trip coming up and I think if I have to return it, I’ll just get a normal OLED since it seems the quality control is better. Shame though cause I love the design.

obviously super nervous is a hyperbole, but I’m sending the call out to those anxiously awaiting their LE Decks so we can all come together on this thread and pray.

Not too worried. It’s always the people with issues that are the loudest for any of these things. Every time I start to worry about it a bit, I take a step back and remember that pattern always holds true in online communities.

If it makes you feel any better, both my brother and I received our LE decks yesterday, and both are completely fine with zero issues. No loose buttons or dead pixels as others have reported

My brother both are returning. BOE is bad business. Going for 512GB instead with a Samsung panel. We noticed how much better the brightness and color were on the Samsung panel almost immediately.

Are you saying that you compared the etched glass LE version to the glossy 512 version?

Had my oled for 2 days now , finally did the test and found 2 dead pixels. They only showed up on the full white or full green screen tests and honestly I would have never knew they were there. I’ve been playing for two days multiple games and been loving everything lol. At normal playing distance which is basically me holding it near my lap I can’t notice them even though I know it is there they like fade away. The pixels are tiny. I am bummed out about it and kinda wish I didn’t test it lol. it was such a hassle to install all my emulators again and I lost some saved files as well in the process Idk if I am going to rma. I feel like I should but I might see if they bother me during gaming. The pixel positions are at towards the bottom boarders.
