What is this black substance in my master cylinder as I bleed my breaks

I’m installing new break lines and a master cylinder and as I’m adding break fluid this black substance comes up into my master cylinder. Anyone know what it is and should it be of concern?

It’s rubber from the brake lines. Happens on every brake system :/
