Hello, I am not to familiar with iphones as you can see. Just making sure if I click update this wouldn’t delete everything and restore everything to factory settings? I am normally an Android user, this is my cousins phone who made her phone disabled by typing wrong passwords multiple times. Her mom(auntie) gave it to me to fix it cause I fix thing here and there.
I’m not too familiar with the stuff either, but I’m 99.99% sure you can’t remove a lockscreen password without erasing all the data, so it’s safe to say it will wipe everything.
