I actually hope my team does not make it to the elimination tournament. I also think it is silly for teams to try to run up the score of a finished game. Wait til a star gets injured during garbage time trying to run up the score.

Players playing hard, seeking a birth or upsets. I’m all for it and running up the score adds more excitement/more stake to blow outs. Someone can always get injured - 4 games of possible extra time ain’t much

i mean the NBA added it for additional enjoyment and some slight regular season motivation, i’m honestly in love with it, the jersey/court combo’s and the close games have all been great.
from one pacer fan to another, this tournament has been massive for us. every game feels huge. tyrese haliburton is taking it super seriously.

I like the tourney. I feel like the Tuesday/ Friday thing is weird though. I wish all the games were just clustered together. They can also ditch the stupid crazy colored courts. Go old school like parquet floors or just leave them like they normally would be.

I still think they need to add some playoff implications to the tournament. Like the winner gets an extra game added to their win total (could lead to some huge implications, many playoff seedings are decided by a game or two) or something like that. At the end of the day, the NBA is all about winning a championship, and the in season tournament doesnt add anything towards that goal
