I am wondering if there anything can automate opening and shutting down water through angle valve?

    I don’t think so. There are main shutoff valves and also hot water heaters with a built in smart valve.

    Replace with a springloaded pin valve and use an electro-thermal actuator.

    Aka, automated radiator valve.
