genuinely confused as my actual behavior score is 2x my communication score, and it wont budge, does valve have a shadowpool system regarding communication?

If your communjcation score falls under 6k it will be permanently stuck, while the other score will fluctuate normally. Valve either doesnt care or doesnt know about it but its a bug posted every day here, in the dev forums and steam forums over and over.

Check my post history, I have 4 conduct summaries posted where comm score doesnt move from 5771. Since then I’ve gotten like 4-5 more and ITS STILL stuck at 5771. Now go check dev/steam forums and count the amount of people with the exact same issue and then come back here and delete your post you dumb clown.

Getting one score stuck at the same number throughout several reviews is indeed weird, might actually be bugged.

Also, people being constantly diverted into talking about your toxicity in general, instead of the issue at hand, sucks, my regrets

Not true . I am below 6k I got x2 time raised in last few days but it slow each report it going up by 400-500bs . Means I need 100 games probably to hit 10k or so if I keep up the positive trend
