2017 season was peak Gurley. Dude loved Los Angeles so it was amazing to have him in LA. So sad injuries ruined his career.
Seriously. I still think about him often.
My friend is a Rams fan throughout the entirety of their STL years. He was too young to remember the GSOT so he spent most of his football fandom with god awful Rams football. That 2017 breakthrough season was extremely cathartic to him and that’s an understatement.
Gurley was such a fucking beast that 2017 season.
