I don’t know how to word this. Basically like in The Witcher 3, when Ciri was telling Geralt about the different worlds she visited, she mentions a world were people had metal in their heads and people waged war from a distance, and everyone had flying ships.
Some people interpreted that she might have been talking about Night City in Cyberpunk 2077. Both games developed by CDPR.
Has there ever been something like that in other games? And I’m not talking about sequels.
Watchdogs 2 had a trailer for a game that I’m not sure Ubisoft ever actually went through with. I heard nothing else about it after that mission, so who knows.
Reading up on it a bit, apparently it was cancelled, which is a shame.
But I can’t really think of any other games other than Remedy games that teased other games that weren’t like, the ending being sequel bait or something.
