My '09 Impala occasionally has a hitch when turning from a standstill. This little hiccup is accompanied by a brief whirring/spinning noise that seems to be coming from beneath the pedal area. The last few times this happened, the low traction light lit up for a second as well (weather was perfect). Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?
