    It’s possible they tried both.

    I don’t see why it’s so hard to believe that the Chiefs face a premium surcharge when it comes to trades.

    The NFL finally got out from under the shadow of the Patriots and now KC is trying to create a dynasty, going to the SB in 60% of the seasons that Mahomes has been a starter.

    Why wouldn’t you try to charge more to let that team trade up? It’s not like they’re HOU who you can let trade up easily because you assume they’ll screw it up, and they didn’t.

      My issue is, unless they’re willing to pay the assets they’ll continually pick at the end of the round, after most of the premium talents have already been selected
