Almost a month ago, I ordered a pair of Nike SB Dunks from restocks. The pair was fake they said, and I will get a refund within 14 days.

14 days have passed, no refund to me. And When I try to log into their FAQ site, it says I have the wrong combination!

I feel at a loss with what to do.

Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated!
