Is there is any way to unlock the bootloader on my AT&T S23 Ultra? If not will there ever be a way in the near future?

Bonus question. If unlocking a Samsung US phone bootloader will never be possible what would I need to do in the future to buy an international Samsung phone and get it working on US carriers?
