Considering the total defensive implosion we had I would say no, but it would have been a lot more competitive.

Wins and Losses are not a QB stat but having as your QB Kirk who is second to Mahomes since 2018 in yards TDs and completions

having a top 10 primetime QB in Kirk

having a QB in Kirk who has played as well as Burrows in the playoffs

having a QB in Kirk rated 8th in the history of the NFL

having a top 10 QB in Kirk

would certainly improve the odds of us winning vs a lifetime journeyman QB who could NOT secure an NFL starting job

but it only increases the odds … a WIN is still dependent on OC OL WR TE RB - DEFENSE - SPECIAL TEAMS - and HC decisions - and maybe 1% on luck
