Dead multifunction?

So I took the cover off my steering column was checking flasher relay to see if it was rated for LEDs. It started to rapidly buzz and now I have no turnsignals brake lights but I do have passive running lights and headlights. I swapped in a new fuse for the Multifunction since the old was blown and the new relay started to buzz.

I’m sure it’s a grounding issue but I don’t know if it’s in the Multifunction or the harness. It’s a 04 Wrangler.
