I recently purchased a handful of games from GameStop since they were having a 75% off sale. Included in these was a copy of Star Ocean for the PS5. This copy came in particularly poor condition and I could hear the game rattling inside, but I thought nothing of it since the case itself was sealed on the side with clear plastic.

When I opened the case today I found a PS4 copy instead of the PS5 copy. How does this even happen? I urge anyone who bought GameStop “New” games to make sure they got their actual game inside the box.
