I’m a mid 20s guy and didn’t really want football when I was younger cuz we didn’t have a team. I didn’t start watching football until 2016 when the Rams came home. I’ve seen the stats and heard the legends of Steven Jackson. How good was he?
amazing player with all the intangibles, but one of the worst humans i’ve ever seen/met on multiple occasions dude hated fans, refused to sign for anyone win or loss and even yelled at a fan in a wheelchair for heckling him for an autograph, i’ll never support him but he was a good player
No one played with bigger hearts than Jackson and Chris Long. They got the job done.
My best comparison I could make for newer fans is he was like watching Marshawn Lynch, before Marshawn Lynch. AND he was on a terrible team.
He was truly special. DBs could not tackle that man to save their lives.
Our teams Barry Sanders, he was the only bright spot on the team and no matter what he did, we still sucked.
