Sata cable ground pin got loose is it safe ?

So I was just plugging my old Corsair VS450 into a spare Build but I noticed that the ground pin of one of the Sata cables got loose somehow. Is it safe basically safe to use the power supply but without connecting this sata cable ? Pic for reference: https://i.imgur.com/8iJFeBZ.jpg
