troubleshooted my PC a ton for micro-stuttering and even ended up factory resetting my PC
Now that I am done with that my realtek audio is completely gone.

I have tried downloads from my motherboard manufacturer, the realtek website, I have used DDU and then downloaded them. Idk what is going on. It doesn’t show up in my device manager so I can’t update or uninstall it, I tried adding legacy hardware and then I just get BSOD saying rtkvhd64.sys failed. Weirdly though, whenever I download the drivers realtek does show up in my control panel but doesn’t work anywhere.
