This was a terrible hire from start to finish. Even if we had CJ, (who would probably look a little better due to his fit) Frank would have been retained and then found a way to limit his future development.
If not Frank in the next few days, then it will be fitterer
All this just for Tepper to hire another bum and repeat the same process over again
Most likely it will be some assistant coach. Hell, Thomas Brown might even get the boot. But all of it will just be building up to firing Reich at the end of the season

I just can’t understand how the other coaches are fine with this. If I’m Thomas Brown or Josh McCown, I’m saying that this offense needs to change in a major way. I’m going to Tepper and saying give me 6 games to show that I can do better than this. I don’t need you to hire me as head coach, but let me show the league why I should be the next head coach. But instead it seems they’re happy to just go down with the ship with Reich
