I have different FPS / CPU Clock when looking in different directions. This happens in many games so cod its not the issue for one time. My GPU, a 4090, is always at 50-70 percent, so the cpu is bottlenecking. Im adding pictures from core clock and ingame views. CppC in BIOS is set to prefere cache, what is pretty important in my opinion. Changing that wont make a diffrence. Drivers are all up to date. Thanks for everyone trying to help :-)
