I’m too drunk to operate the playoff calculator responsibly. Is there a real scenario where we can lose to the chiefs and still go the playoffs? Can we lose anything? I dont even care if they won’t go far I just wanna go

Could they make it? Technically still yes. Will they? With the schedule we have likely not
why are talking about the playoffs? take the loss and move on and search for the right HC… I really like Sean and I’m thankful for what he has done so far but losing is becoming a pattern. Take a big look at safety (I‘m sad), Sherfield and Harty are not it, try to give Davis a contract that he deserves (no more than 10mio$ per year) and get healthy. Even if we get into the playoffs, what happens there? we find a way to lose another game??

If we go 10-7 I think we miss due to a tiebreaker.
Not nearly as bad as it seems. QB-less Browns and Cats are out. That puts us at 8. Then if literally anyone else falls behind (probably the QB-less Colts) were in.
They just had their first playoff game effectively and they lost
Zero.
The bad news is we still have a bye and everyone that we’re competing with can still get another W.
We didn’t get the 1 seed but our playoffs do start after a bye this year.
I think if we can clean up penalties and simple mistakes, We can still go 10 and 7.
