How would I mirror the image and audio from one screen to several other screens throughout my house?

I’m throwing a Super Bowl party and I want there to be a TV in every common room (there are 4), but I dont want there to be lag between the TVs. I know they’ll all need to be streamed from the same source, but is there anyway I could have them all mirror my PC using wireless HDMI of some sort with minimal delay (no more than a few seconds)?
