I’ve been following Ashley and Manuel’s journey on the show, and I can’t shake off the concerns I have. Manuel’s secretive nature and reluctance to share much about his personal life, coupled with his expectation for Ashley to financially support his family, have me seriously worried. Manuel’s habit of frequently running off on Ashley is sending up some major red flags. It’s got me thinking that Ashley might be better off cutting her losses sooner rather than later.

    She’s very aware of his behaviour but keeps going forward with him. He must be extraordinary in the sack….ick

    She’ll do anything but leave him. I don’t feel sorry for her. He’s clearly let her know multiple times what it is and she still thinks she can change him.

    He’s married and has a wife and kids back home - that is where ASHLEY’S money is going!

    He’s weird and creepy, too - definitely up to something that is no bueno!

    A short list of red flags: his insistence on keeping his life “private” - the fact he has family in NY and never told her - the fact she has never met his kids - his weird hatred for her poor dog (DONT LEAVE THE DOG ALONE WITH THAT GUY!) - his anger about “holding things” for her - all the phone calls from his people - the way he laughs at her is MEAN - etc.
