He’s in the ring of honor for the Falcons, so how 'bout for them Cowboys? As a Cowboy, he won a super bowl, a 3x first-teamer, 1x second-teamer, and a 4x pro-bowler during his five seasons in Dallas. What do you think?

No. He’s a mercenary and the year they won the Super Bowl, he missed half the year. He is an All-Timer but if you think T.O. shouldn’t be in the ROH, then neither should Deion.

Seems the average tenure on Cowboys for players in RoH is 9-10 years.

Deion was on Cowboys 5 years. But so was Charles Haley only on Cowboys 5 years. And soon to be in RoH Jimmy Johnson was Head Coach for 5 years.

Of course Haley & Johnson won multiple SB w Cowboys, Deion only 1. I think it could go either way, but if I had to guess I’d say no, but it’s close.

Jerry said the ring of honor is not about your accomplishments as a Cowboys. It’s about your long lasting impact on the organization. I love Deion but be does not have any type of long standing impact that effects the organization.
